El CRM (Customer Relationship Management) se refiere al conjunto de pr\u00e1cticas, estrategias de negocio y tecnolog\u00edas enfocadas en la relaci\u00f3n con el cliente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo general, todas las empresas dependen de sus clientes, por lo que el cuidado de la relaci\u00f3n que se tiene con ellos, es fundamental. Conocido en espa\u00f1ol como la&nbsp;Gesti\u00f3n de las Relaciones con Clientes, es m\u00e1s que una plataforma o un software.
